We called in advance for a hurt Yorkie her ear and neck were hurt. They said they would call us if she passed we woke around 730 am and called them and they stated she died an hour after we left her around 1100pm at night. We never got a phone call they just made excuses . They also charged us 1300$ up front for her care and overnight stay. They refunded only 700$ I will never use these money hungry vets again. You shouldn’t be charging 600$ when she didn’t even get the stitches for her ear and 1 awful hour of care!

We've had two 'strays that stayed', and when each needed care, we went here. We were expertly served - yes, the wait was a bit long, even with an appointment, but that happens with medical anything, man or beast - and our pets came home happy and healing. The staff was professional, and courteous, and they addressed our care options during our office visit, so we knew what to expect for bills. Our very upset cats were treated carefully and respectfully, with much kind attention, and we appreciated that. We like it here. The waiting rooms were clean and didn't set off my allergies, something I've learned not to take for granted. We'll continue to seek care here, and gladly.

She was awesome!! Seen my dog the same day EVEN THOUGH SHE WAS COMPLETELY BOOKED!!! We called every vet from Midwest city to Noble. Sara made time to see our family member!!! Thank you very much!!!

Have used Dr Brown with both my dogs, she is very compassionate and caring each time we have used her.
