Filled out the new client form on their website to schedule an appointment - 11 days no reply; I reached out and they said "they don't have me in the system and I need to call" - even though the e-mail I sent them was the confirmation I received from their system. Massive waste of time and clear red flag for inability to manage basic intake systems - so taking my pet elsewhere.

It was the Monday after Thanksgiving, so I know the office had to be booked. They still made room to see my sick little Maltipoo, Sophie. I’m very grateful to the doctor and staff.

We have used Brook Run Animal Clinic and Dr. Zuccarro for several years. He successfully performed complicated surgery on our cat. Several years later, the problem reoccurred. Based on the lab results from the first surgery, he prescribed a different bladder stone dissolving food for our cat. We are very pleased that the change in diet worked. Our only complaint is the phone system. The lines are sometimes busy. One day, we were left on hold for 5 minutes on two separate occasions.

Love Dr.Z he’s the best. Been going here my entire life. Even when I lived in Atlanta Dr Z got final say. Very grateful

The only reason I'm not giving Brook Run a lower rating is because Dr. Z and Dr. M have been so good to us and our pets over the years. I had seen the negative postings about the staff, but I had never experienced it first-hand until last week. Whomever they have put at their front desk is one of the most rude, pig-headed, unprofessional individuals I've ever had the misfortune of speaking with. I called earlier last week to try to get a check up for a cat I was fostering. We thought she might be in heat, so I had a pretty long conversation with the receptionist about not getting her spayed immediately but still wanting to get her checked out so I could introduce her to my other cats. I was told that they could see us that Thursday at 4:45pm. I told them that I couldn't bring the cat in,
