The staff is amiable, knowledgeable, and prompt, the prices were quite reasonable. As a first time client, I felt welcomed as I walked in. My leopard gecko was taken in and seen by the nicest doctor. She was warm and patient. Definitely recommend this clinic for all pets.

This place is so dirty they never clean or something the waiting area is atrocious and mad dust bunnies galore also in the exam rooms same situation hasn’t been dusted in way too long I am not exaggerating the seats in the waiting areas and examination rooms had dried fluids and hair all over nothing looks wiped down floors coming up and they charge top dollar for 20$ more I can go to the emergency vet on canal and it’s so clean and nice in there and organized I just can’t believe the condition of this place everything and everyone there is so disheveled and un organized 🤦🏻‍♀️👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I brought my dog here after I took her to an emergency clinic. She needed an open pyometra surgery, otherwise she would’ve died. The ER clinic wanted to charge $5500. As a broke college student, I just don’t have that kind of money. After calling other vets, they said that they didn’t do it or it was the same price. I was close to putting her down so that she didn’t suffer. I decided to give Bronzeville Animal Clinic a call and was told they do the surgery and they could do it from $1200-2000! That was a lot more do able for me. We scheduled an appointment and they took her in for the surgery and kept her overnight to monitor her. I highly recommend going to this veterinarian, the people are very kind and I loved how they treated me and my dog, I didn't have enough budget because I don't have money, and they helped me and left me the cheapest price, and I thank you very much, many blessings for helping me. ❤️‍🩹

I recently adopted a 2.5 year old rottie mix and I needed to get him set up with a vet. Bronzeville Animal Clinic is only a few minutes from me and I wanted to stay local and small. I am so glad I came here; the entire team is so friendly and welcoming from my initial call, to arrival/check-in, to the exam. Dr. Gill was awesome with my dog, who got a little spooked at one point. I'm really thankful to have stumbled upon their office!
