My 15 y.o. dog unexpectedly passed away at home. I had her since my 20s. This has never happened to me and so I called BAH (I was a mess tbh) and they couldn't have been nicer. We brought our sweet girl in and the 2 girls at the desk expressed condolences and were there for me the whole time and they let us spend time with her in a private room before saying goodbye. Dr. Huffenus called to check on us, express sympathy and see how our other dogs were doing. I've never had a vet personally do this. it's just honestly so touching and kind. I truly believe the people that choose to work in this field have to love animals because it really shows. We have 4 other dogs that come here and will continue to. Dr H cared for Bailie deeply, my girl had laser treatment and surgery here, he cares so muc

After being turned away from many veterinary clinics due to the Fourth of July weekend, I stopped at my home town vet clinic (walk in) as a last resort and it was the best decision I’ve made. The staff treated me with respect, professionalism And were very knowledgeable and friendly. They made sure my little aussie was taken care of. Very happy with the treatment she received and they have gain a client.

Jakaa was beyond helpful when I called here and asked for options for euthanasia. She gave me resources and informed me that I could apply for a credit card to cover the costs. I highly recommend reaching out to them if you need anything

Been going here for about 6 years and have no complaints. The staff is kind and helpful and the doctor is very knowledgeable and throughout with my dogs

We saw Dr Huffenus and he was wonderful, kind and took great care with our senior dog. Would definitely give this office a shot if you are looking for a new vet. Everyone was friendly that worked here and made you feel welcome. We brought our senior here for laser treatments and he even did one at her first appointment after a full evaluation.
