rented a 308 excavator I broke a fitting on the bucket on friday (Totally my fault) i called the emergency repair number did not recieve a call back this was a holiday weekend .i had it repaired myself. then the air and fuel filters were so bad the machine would not run .Finally got ahold of them on wednesday and they sent a mech. rented for 50 hours was able to use it for 34 hours I will use snbelt from now on
Worse CAT shop there is. Pay for a platinum rebuild and have done nothing but visit a boat load of other Cat dealerships to have them redo most of it. Paid for a platinum and got tin level craftsmanship.
Joe and his Maintenance group are fantastic to work with. They work extremely hard to get what is wrong fixed in a professional and timely manner.
Would think of 5 stars if I didn't have to deal with call center to order parts
