I can honestly say, the people who work here, actually love animals, and care for them with respect and dignity. I was surprised to see how they blushed and emotionally connected with my dog the second she walked in the door. She was picked up, hugged, kissed, and cuddled, before they even knew her. A+ for caring. In an industry that so many establishments treat our beloved pets like cars getting oil changes, this really caught me by surprise. You can immediately feel the positive, calm, welcoming vibe not just from the staff but from happy, well behaved k9 kids visiting for the day My dog was comfortable, respected, and calm due to their friendly loving demeanor. She didn't even want to leave. We need more people like this in this industry.

We took our two corgis, Winston & Clover, in this morning for their first grooming outside our home since we got them as puppies. They are just too big and have too much fur anymore for our kitchen sink. Let me tell you, it was the best decision to take them to Boutique & Pet Spa! They were bathed, got a hair cut and had their nails trimmed. They look and smell AMAZING! Boutique & Pet Spa is local to us here in Guilderland so that is a plus as well! The price was right for the two dogs combined and for our budget. We are so glad our doggos have a safe and friendly place at which to get clean and spruced up! Thanks to all the ladies who had a part in working with Winston & Clover today!

Took my 2 6 month old bichons for their first grooming. They were outstanding in their care and kindness they showed to my 2 little boys. Excellant experience and very nice gift and pet supplies too.
