Altamont Country Kennels

I've used Altamont County Kennels for years. The owners & staff are so friendly and clearly love animals. In the 15 or so years since I've boarded dogs there, I have always been 100% satisfied & confident with the care my dogs have received.

Excellent kennel, the owners and staff are kind, professional and friendly. They take great care of my dog and he returns to me safe and happy after every stay! :D I would highly recommend them.

My pup stayed there for the first time this past week/end, Thursday-Sunday. The staff loved up on my dog right away and the owner was very accommodating with all of my emails. Finally, they were able to fit in a groom. My dog is an almost 4 year-old Australian Shepherd, he looks very sleek and his fur is so soft now. I'm very happy with the experience!

Carl his wife along with their team all work very hard to deliver the best service. These folks really care and treat all guests wonderfully.

The kennel we had been using had recently closed. I was very hesitant and worried about having to find a new kennel. Previously, when my regular kennel was closed and I used a different kennel, my girl tore her ACL because she was let out into the play yard, when I gave specific instructions for her not to be let out in the play yard. But I was extremely happy with how ReRe was cared for here. She has a habit of not eating sometimes if she is really tired. But they made sure to let me know, in case that was out of the norm. We will continue to use them with the utmost confidence that ReRe is well taken care of.
