Very happy with the service provided. Patricia and her sister were very nice people and took care of my dog very well! They were very patient with him and put a lot of care and love towards him! They did an awesome job for his grooming. Definitely recommend bringing your adorable pets here!

I’ve been bringing my dog Louie to Boss Connection in Coral Springs for his grooming, and I can’t say enough good things about this place. Every time we go, they treat Louie like royalty. He always comes back looking fresh, clean, and stylish—with a little accessory that adds just the right touch of flair. Special shout out to Patricia—she’s an amazing groomer. You can tell she genuinely cares about the pets she works with, and Louie absolutely loves her. Her attention to detail and the love she shows really set this place apart. Highly recommend Boss Connection for anyone looking for a groomer who goes above and beyond. Louie gives it two paws up! 🐾

I have to finally be honest about the grooms I’ve experienced here! It seems to be a hit or miss. My schnoodle Axl has been getting his grooms from them for the past couple of years. Let me be clear, he hates being at any groomer and gets very anxious going in and coming out so I never check him in the store. It seems like they started out great. The past two grooms have been terrible. Sorry, but they’ve butchered his skirting and his Mohawk. Didn’t seem to cut them much shorter but so uneven even I could’ve done a better job which I ended up doing today. Maybe they’ve been training groomers? I did call to voice my concerns and was told to bring him to the Wiles Road store, they did give me a free groom and did a decent job. I was also overpaying by at least $15 until the last two grooms.

It was the first time my puppy was getting groomed and it seems like it was a great experience for her. I want to say I was hesitant on getting her groomed because I have heard horror stories about certain places were they hurt the puppy and are very harsh with them and treating them very bad. So least to say it was a good experience for her and will be back soon. I recommend this place 100% and they come out looking great and smell great too. Summertime is officially here!!!! I had called short notice on a rainy Saturday morning. They got me on the schedule, everyone there was very courteous and careful lastly Patricia did a phenomenal job with my bernese! This winter dog does not deserve this Florida heat!!!! A+++++ place A++++ place
