Below is my original review. I was immediately contacted (via Google) by the manager and then we connected on the phone. He was gracious and concerned, and I agreed to give the store another try. It was a completely different experience. Staff was great, very helpful. They loved on our little rescue mutts and helped us pick out some new food. They have a great loyalty program and they keep track of your purchases for you. I'm now a fan and a customer! Stopped in here today looking for a new local pet store and intending to purchase food, treats and a new collar. Two female staffers chatting near the front counter looked up when we came in and then went back to their conversation. We walked around for a few minutes, looking at the items we were interested in. First time at this location, was looking for something very specific. The employee wasted no time in helping me find my item (chicken stir) as well as offering suggestions on similar items. (COD skins).

Staff are always super pleasant and wonderful. I have always had great experiences coming here. Great selection and they are always willing to try and order or find something if they don't stock it or are out.

They have everything that your fur babies would need ! I enjoy the fact that they carry varieties of heathy meal choice for our pets. Super friendly staffs too. They even gave me some sample after I express my concern of buying certain new food for my sensitive stomach pet, so that we can test it out before going back to get more. If you have any concerns or questions, they’re there to help you out ! They offer curb side pick up now too ! And if you still want to go in and pick stuff out yourself, there’s plenty of parking spaces.

We’ve had a stretch of very cold weather & muddy as well so we stopped in to get some boots & a coat for Hope. Everyone in this store is always so helpful. They are eager to assist & upbeat & positive. I stop in for my two cats & my daughters service dog & always leave with what I came for & sometimes more as it is fun store full of everything you can imagine for your furry friends & family. On this particular day, Amanda assisted us. She is absolutely wonderful & I greatly appreciated all the time she spent with us to make sure we had what we needed. It was nice that she was so knowledgeable regarding the different types of food & products they sell. Thank you for hiring fantastic people who truly care about their customers.
