Bond Vet - Rittenhouse

We had a great experience today at Bond Vet in Rittenhouse. Dr Ehrenman, Gabriella and Dominique were all warm and welcoming and got us off on the right foot. Our dog Nash (7) has always been nervous to go to the vet. An otherwise happy pup, he dissolves into a shaking, crying and timid version of himself and usually spends the entire time trying to escape. But between the calm reception area (which also offered free treats), the clean and quiet exam room, and the kindness and gentleness of the entire team, he stopped shaking and was willingly hopping up on the exam table by the end. Even with a blood draw and 3 shots he spent the rest of the time calmly sitting with me or exploring the room for more treats, but wasn’t upset or trying to escape. My 11 year old, 20 lbs baby had a great first time visit with Dr. Kazmierski and his nurse (sorry, your name starts with a J). The exam was thorough. My cat Thomas was spoiled and showered with love, he almost did not want to leave. I recently relocated to Philly and Thomas has found his new vet. The receptionist was exceptional as well!!! This is the best vet that I have ever been too.

Such a great experience! I booked an evening appointment online, which was a huge plus since our last vet only offered appointments during regular business hours. The day before our visit, they reached out to get our previous vet’s information and had our pup’s medical records ready to go. We came in to get a second opinion on a persistent issue our pup has been dealing with. When we arrived, Steve greeted us and brought us into an exam room. He was incredibly thorough in asking questions about her history even scanned her for a microchip, which was unexpected but cool. Then Dr. Smith came in and talked through everything with us in detail. She offered a clear treatment plan for now, plus backup options in case the first approach doesn’t work. I got a new kitten and they’ve been extremely helpful with providing information for her ear infection. Especially with breaking down the prices and friendly service. I will definitely continue coming back and making this my kittens vet! Very recommended!
