Bond Vet - Arlington

I had a great experience with Dr. Frontanes at Bond Vet Clinic in Arlington. Scheduling online was easy, the location is convenient, and the office is clean and welcoming. We were seen right away, and the receptionist, tech, and Dr. Frontanes were all friendly and efficient. My cat’s annual exam took under 30 minutes with no rushing, which made a big difference for her comfort. Pricing was very reasonable and completely transparent, with clear explanations of what was recommended versus necessary. They also set us up with their online prescription service, which is easy to use and more affordable than what we used before. Highly recommend!

I love Bond Vet in Arlington and my little Coco doesn't freak out when she comes here. The vets and vet techs are so kind and gentle. They don't push expensive tests if they are not totally necessary. It's fairly easy to get an appointment and you can communicate by text with a great front desk coordinator who sometimes answers questions at 8pm! Very responsive especially if you are worried about something and even give advice via text. The office space is very clean, fresh and nicely decorated with plants. It's not even that bad finding a parking on the street nearby. They also send very helpful after visit notes.

We are so grateful for Dr. Shoemaker. Both of our cats have been seeing her for a couple years. We brought one of them in for sudden swelling, and Dr. Shoemaker was meticulous in narrowing down causes and next steps. They did in-house bloodwork and within 15 minutes were able to discuss the results. Ultimately, Dr. Shoemaker brought us a list of emergency vets to go to and even helped us with pricing. Dr. Shoemaker has consistently checked in with us since, which has been comforting.

Everyone at Bond has been super nice and helpful with our new cat. We've been in several times in the past few months and have been in frequent contact with them. We've been really appreciative of how responsive they have been to our many follow-up questions, and our baby girl is much healthier thanks to their support.

Very happy with bond vet. Original vet I choose when I moved to the area had an awful/crowded waiting room which is difficult when dogs aren't feeling well or anxious. Bond vet's waiting area is spacious, and they get you into a personal room quickly. Vet conversation and notes match up, while other place vet didn't communicate. Bond Vet also has better and more transparent pricing. All around a great choice for your pet.
