One of the worst experiences I have had with a veterinary office. I brought my 3½-month-old puppy in as a new patient. Before the appointment, I called to confirm the cost of the exam and vaccines, but the actual charges at the visit were significantly higher. Although the veterinarian was gentle with my puppy, I was told that if I wanted to space out his vaccines, I would have to pay for another full exam just to receive the rabies vaccine in three weeks. Since I had already paid for an exam at that visit, I felt forced to have all vaccines administered at once to avoid an unnecessary additional fee. The office also refused to assist with obtaining his county tag, nastily stating that the address on the form was in Miami, even though I explained multiple times that I also reside in Palm

Terrible company to work for and not a good place to bring your animals. Staff is rude and very unprofessional. The pest problem is really bad here. Expect your pets stay being filled with ants all over their food and blankets. They have a really bad toad problem outside where your pet goes to the bathroom. Dont expect management to be paying attention when your dog gets a toad in their mouth. They blame their own mistakes on new staff and ostrichize them if they make mistakes. Management isn't really present during the week and expects you to train yourself. They leave your cats in cages the whole time your gone after you drop them off. I brought my dog here back in 2019 for a pre-flight check and all the required procedures (basically all the shots needed for travel). My dog lost his hearing afterward. Most likely, it was just a coincidence - but make your own conclusions. And now, six years later!!! they apparently hired a “brilliant” new marketing person who thought it was a great idea to start sending out birthday greetings to every dog in their database. But it didn’t occur to them that some of those dogs might no longer be alive, or to at least check the birth year before sending such messages that reopen old wounds for owners who’ve lost their pets. What a shame… Please, use some common sense and show a bit of empathy!

This place has a staff that is in it for the right reasons. I found an emaciated pitbull while hunting and nobody wanted to really see the dog to try and help. I called Boca-Delray Animal Hospital and without hesitation told me to bring her in immediately. I got immediate attention and all tests and treatments were done in a timely manor. I've had the dog less than a week and I am already seeing a vast improvement on her health. Thank you guys. UPDATE: The dog I brought them initially that was just about dying had healthy puppies two months after (had not idea the dog was pregnant). Thanks again for building my dogs health up so fast to have a healthy litter.
