She guided us through the product options, was pleasant when she arrived to take measurements and as an added touch she brought our two options along so we could take another look inside with our fresh paint color. Amazing experience. Customer service and product selection. We have been looking for a 12x12 area rug for a couple months. Was exhausting. Couldn't find a good color, was always way to busy or weird colors, and super expensive as well. We decided to try a different angle. We found the perfect color 12x12 carpet piece (they let us bring home a sample board!) had it edged, and also purchased a small pad for underneath. We are so happy with the results. Very pleased and SO glad we went to Bob's carpets. Would gladly recommend!
