BLVD Vet Ravenswood

We’ve been taking our miniature dachshund to BLVD since adopting him in July 2025. The care during routine visits was generally fine and the vet techs are great, though pricing tends to be on the higher side. Where things broke down was when we tried to schedule his neuter. Throughout multiple visits, we received mixed messaging about whether the procedure could be performed at BLVD or would need to be outsourced. When I eventually called to schedule and followed up again, it took nearly two weeks for the clinic to confirm that they could not perform the procedure in-house. If the clinic wasn’t comfortable handling the surgery, that should have been communicated clearly and promptly so we could make other arrangements. We are so grateful for the patience and expertise at BLVD Vet Ravenswood. Dr. Silberman and all the vet techs have shown exceptional care and gentleness towards our two cats, especially to our deaf kitty Pippa who also suffers from a heart condition. They are always so thoughtful and patient with Pippa, and I always leave feeling thankful for their kindness and care. They go the extra mile to remember what works best for our cats in feeling comfortable and even make sure to have lots of Churu on hand to distract! We are so glad to have found such a trustworthy practice!

This is the best vet I've ever experienced. We have been taking our Shih Tzu dogs here for a few months and everyone is so kind and warm. The front desk people make me feel like my dogs are the best things (they are, but it's still nice to hear), and the doctors/techs/assistants have been so lovely and informative. If you're looking for a place to bring your beloved pet, look no further!

my husband and i brought in our adopted daughter (cat), Margot Tenenbaum, and everyone we encountered was so great. The people at the front desk are so nice. Dr. Silberman was very sweet with Margot and was very informative, taking her time answer our many questions. Special shout out to Logan, our tech, who really went the extra step for us as far as helping us with registering her microchip, giving us further information and giving Margot snuggles and treats. Thank you Boulevard! 😊

Dr. Raju and Logan were AMAZING!!! Literally sat on the floor to engage with my doggy and kept me in the loop 100%. Even offered their condolences on the loss of my other pup. Definitely my go to vet- thank you for calming my anxieties while taking good care of Kash!
