The minute you walk in you are greeted respectfully and gently alongside your concerns. Dr. Greenberg did a phenomenal job with my cat, who we suspected had an infection or worse in his paw, but he performed an arthrocentisis procedure and turns out my cat had chronic inflammation. I found the pricing to be reasonable and I’m just glad it wasn’t anything worse than what we had imagined. I was so relieved to have gotten an appointment the day after I called and the procedure done the same day. I had called other hospitals in the area, but was told I needed to wait 3-5 days to make the appointment let alone do the procedure. Overall, I was so anxious and Blue Pearl and Dr. Greenberg were amazing and kind.
I understand why it feels very insensitive that vets talk about money when they talk about treatment options, but unfortunately, without this information it makes it impossible to choose the treatment that is best for your family and your pet. I have been going to BPV for my dogs chemotherapy and find our care team ( Dr. Rocha and Christina) to be amazingly kind, thoughtful and delicate in how they present all information. Every email I send is immediately responded to and my dog is cared for while he is there. Dr. Rocha calls me directly after every visit and if I can't answer leaves an extremely detailed voicemail. Today we had a non cancer related early morning emergency visit. We called ahead and when we arrived, the staff was anticipating our arrival. We were placed in a private roo
We’ve been very pleased with the care we’ve received at BluePearl, especially from Dr. Abraham, the dermatologist. She is extremely knowledgeable, very capable, and wonderful with Luis. The level of care has been consistently excellent, and we feel confident that he is in very good hands. The only reasons I would hesitate to give a full five stars are the cost and the difficulty of getting an appointment. Dr. Abraham is clearly in high demand because of her specialty in animal dermatology, so scheduling can be challenging. That said, the practice does make an effort to accommodate urgent situations, and we have appreciated being called when there has been a cancellation so Luis could be seen sooner. Overall, the quality of care at BluePearl is very high, but it is undeniably expensive.
Dr. Vo and her entire team are truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, heard, and genuinely cared for. What meant the most to me was that Dr. Vo adjusted her schedule and took my dog in right away. In a stressful situation, that kind of responsiveness and urgency makes all the difference. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answer all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed or dismissed. As a pet parent, that level of patience, transparency, and compassion means everything. You can tell this isn’t just a job for her — she truly cares about her patients. The staff was also kind, organized, and supportive throughout the entire visit. I left feeling informed, reassured, and grateful. I highly recommend Dr. Vo to anyone looking for knowledgeab
Not sure why my dog was separated from me during assessment and evaluation of Chloe. It would have been better to alleviate my fears and anxiety if I was there with her. Othe places we have been, and with her primary VET, we were all in the same room. On the second visit for the same presenting complaints of my dog, I requested a VET to talk to validate my ideas or fears, or clear my over reactive mind. Instead a nurse came to show me bills to address, that’s when I lost my temper. Dr. Ho was pleasant and informative. Female Radiologist who saw us 2/26 was more warm, pleasant, accommodating, and professional. She explained things clearly and objectively but relayed some level of positivity and reassurance to ease my emotions. She provided scenarios I can easily relate. Being the f
