Customer Reviews
This has been, by far, the best veterinary experience I have had. I adopted a kitten from a local shelter and soon realized she had some health issues. Took her to another vet and had a decent experience but wanted a second opinion after learning that an aggressive solution was needed to solve the problem. From the moment I met Dr Lucas and her amazing team my fears and worry were put to rest. Dr Lucas truly loves what she does and is one of the most knowledgeable , caring and empathetic professionals I have ever met. She was passionate about finding the underlying cause and creating a treatment plan to bring relief to my beloved kitten and to me. She has a thirst for knowledge and helping her patients and their owners. She was fully transparent, caring and kind while providing the p
I’m writing this review so other pet owners have more information before relying on a single diagnosis. I brought my dog here for a second opinion after another vet suspected cancer. Pending a tick illness panel from my primary vet this clinic performed only an X-ray, noted a swollen liver, and said she seemed uncomfortable when her abdomen was manipulated (which is also a symptom of Babesia). Based solely on those findings and along with what records I brought from my primary vet, I was told she was “very certain” it was cancer. Because both vets agreed, I made the devastating decision to put my dog down the following day. The next day, after I put her down, the first clinic called and informed me that the remaining tick panel had come back positive for Babesia. Which is a treatable ti
I can't say enough good things about Blue Oasis. We have a 10yr old Boxer/Pit mix and they've taken care of her since we moved back to Nashville a few years ago. We recently moved about 45 minutes away from Blue Oasis and attempted to switch vets but nothing compares to the care we and our pup (Koda) receive at Blue Oasis. It's worth the drive for us to know Koda is taken good care of. We recently had a cancerous tumor removed from Koda and they let us be present during the whole process and talked us through everything that was happening and was happy to answer any questions we had. Dr. Lucas and Alex were so helpful and comforting on what ended up being a really hard day for us. Koda is recovering well at home and had a great experience herself. I've never seen her so excited to go to th
Where do I even begin? I cannot give enough praise to blue oasis. I called in yesterday trying to find the best place for my very anxious/reactive senior pup. He had a terrible experience years ago at another vet, so I was very apprehensive about bringing him in. Joy was SO helpful and so understanding over the phone. She gave me a game plan to bring him - with the least amount of distractions for him. I already felt so much better about the visit before we got there. We got there today and let me just say.. WOW! They. Were. Absolutely. Amazing. Dr. Haines and the nurse Mackenzie - were already in the exam room waiting for us, treats in hand. They were so welcoming that he warmed up to them immediately. Puppers didn’t even need his muzzle- which he was THRILLED about- because he hates it
My cat went through a really tough time recently and we honestly thought we were going to lose him. Blue Oasis Pet Hospital took him in and cared for him like he was their own. Hailey, Courtney, and Dr. Georgia were incredible — kind, patient, and so reassuring through the whole process. I’m beyond grateful for everything they did for us. Truly the best team up there.
