I called for the first time on March 9th, at around a little past 8 a.m., I spoke to a very nice friendly professional gentleman by the name of Chris, he asked me a couple questions about my pet and gave us a same day appointment at 10:45 a.m. This call was very important for us because my pet was wounded and we didn't know the cause at the time it occurred. We arrived at the clinic promptly, Sheena the Vet technician was patient,nice , and friendly. She waited for us while we slowly entered the room. Dr. Knowlton came in introduced himself and gave us the plan of action for my pet. Dr. Knowlton was kind, professional, and patient! He also gave my pet his diagnosis of how he got his wounds! I highly recommend this clinic and my pet is in recovery thanks for the entire team, Chris,Sheena,

My boy Canelo was cut by an intruder in my backyard. He needed stitches so I brought him to Blue Cross Pet Hospital. He got treated wonderfully and surprisingly quickly. Angelina and Vivian were very friendly and helpful. Matt went above and beyond to make my overall experience a truly admirable one. I recommend Blue Cross Pet Hospital to anyone and everyone.

Dr. Soighet was fantastic! She examined both my cats Twinkie and Romeo. She was very knowledgeable and made us all feel very comfortable. She answered all my questions and listened to what I had to say. The facility is always very clean and tidy. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. I will continue to bring my fur babies here! I highly recommend this vet office!

We had such a hard time finding a place to take our Oreo to that wouldn't charge us an exorbitant amount of money. We knew it was time to put him to sleep, but we felt like so many places take advantage of people when they are most vulnerable. At Blue Cross Pet Clinic, we paid a total of about $165. We did not choose cremation at all, so this was the least expensive way for us. I did ask for a paw print, which they don't do anymore, but thankfully, they were able to do it for us. Blue Cross did an amazing job making us feel comfortable, answering any questions, and giving us private moments we needed to say our goodbyes. The doctor explained the process as she was doing it and explained what each syringe would do for Oreo. His passing was truly painless and merciful - he never even flinche

From the moment we walked in, everyone was kind, patient, and gentle with him. The vet took the time to explain everything clearly, checked his injury carefully, and made sure he was comfortable before we left. They didn’t rush us, and you could tell they genuinely care about animals, not just as patients but as family. Jet can be a handful, but they handled him with so much love and understanding.
