I went here to buy my niece a coat. I got a carhart jacket with a green sale tag on it. A sign above the coats showed green tags were being given an additional 20-75% off. I was not given the extra discount and said something to the cashier. She would not check on it, gave me pushback, and made me pay the price on the tag. I will not shop here again if that is how your employees are going to treat customers.

Stopped in to grab a specific item I had found online. I inquired about the item and found that it was in stock but not on the shelves. The wonderful gentleman that helped me brought out three different options in a similar price range. I ended up going with a different product because of his help. Thank you!

This is one of my favorite stores in the area. If I can find something here, I buy it here - knowing it is high quality and fairly priced. And if I can't find it here, I can probably get along without it 😉 Nobody's perfect, including these guys, but they have good customer service when you need it.

Very helpful staffs when I bought a 4x8 trailer the very 1st time! They honored the sales price from previous week. 1st Stanley, then Bob the assistant manager, answered every questions I had, helped me with selection of securing coupler lock: never pushy but explained the function and necessity, also loaded the trailer to my SUV.

My boyfriend and I spent almost 700 dollars here in the past two weeks -cold weather gear and what nots. Don’t get me wrong here with the two star rating they do have a great selection on an assortment of different goods. The two stars come from the fact the have under cover shoppers following me and my family around the whole time, strange men just watching me, lurking around everywhere just staring the whole time. It’s disturbing to say the least. Having to relive this through writing has me wanting to take this store down to a one star. Not only were the shoppers disturbing but the cashiers weren’t much better to say the least. Rude is an understatement, not only that but they were completely wrong about it as well.
