This happened in Nov. 2024, but I didn’t leave a review as I believed this was an isolated accident. However, reading some of the reviews since then has been very disappointing and shows it clearly wasn’t an isolated mistake. My 11 yr old cat had been diagnosed w/ CHF here and after a year of stable treatment, he was diagnosed with diabetes as well. At the first glucose exam (which takes all day), a tech gave him 10x the proper dose of insulin. To an already sick 8 pound cat… 10x the dose he needed. He could have immediately gone into a coma and died, but somehow managed to push through all day and to make matters worse, no other technicians or even the vet realized this happened until 7 hours later, around closing time when it was time to pick him up. We had an amazing experience with this veterinary clinic. The staff was incredibly kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable from the moment we walked in. They took the time to thoroughly explain everything and made sure we understood all of our options for our pet Tasha's care. It’s clear that they genuinely care about the animals they treat and the families that love them. The vet was patient, professional, and treated our pet with so much gentleness and respect. In a stressful situation of finding out our dogs cancer diagnosis, they made us feel supported and confident that our pet was receiving the best possible care. Finding a vet you can truly trust with your animal means everything, and we are so grateful to have found one here. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a veterinar

My guy Mojo had some concerning issues going on with his eye & feeling under the weather. I found this place after doing some research as was able to snag a last minute appointment online. I definitely was more nervous than him! The staff was very friendly. They were very quick and helpful, and handled him with kindness! After using the prescribed medicine they instructed… the good news is his eye cleared up, and he’s back to normal! Pricing is reasonable. Vet visits (even my own health visits!) are not fun to do, and can be dreadful but this was a good experience for my kitten cat and that’s all that matters!

I recently switched to this veterinary clinic after transferring from another provider in the area. Although I was very satisfied with my previous vet, I decided to make the change for convenience, as this clinic is closer to home. I’m happy to say my first visit exceeded expectations. The staff was punctual, the evaluation of my pet was thorough, and the lab results came back quickly. Pricing for services and medications was also very competitive. Overall, a great start with a new provider.
