We had such a wonderful experience with Katelyn! Our 8-mon pup had never had a full haircut and can be pretty nervous, but Katelyn was amazing with her. She listened carefully to what we wanted, offered helpful options, and made sure we felt completely confident before starting. Her communication was excellent from inquiry to scheduling, arrival, and throughout the appointment. Most importantly, our pup had a calm, positive experience — and she looks absolutely beautiful! We’re so grateful and will definitely be regular customers.

Katelyn came to our home and did an amazing job with our anxious puppy. She was incredibly patient, took her time, and made him feel comfortable; something other groomers couldn’t do. After months without a proper grooming, he came out looking great and genuinely happy. Her prices are fantastic for the premium care she provides, and she truly cares about the dogs she works with.
