Could not have asked for a better experience. The staff was unbelievably kind and helpful. They walked me through all of the medical history and told me everything they knew about both Ganesh and Ink. From the moment I walked in I could tell they truly care about these animals. They gave me 2 cat carriers and even a few days supply of dry and wet food as well as a whole bag of new dry food! These two kittens are amazing and I highly recommend coming to this shelter. I will refer everyone I know here. Amazing experience!

They were amazing! The animals there truly seemed happy and loved. When taken out of their mini rooms they were excited when going back in they still seemed happy. They did not seem stressed or upset. The animals seems attached to workers. When I was leaving with my new dog, he said goodbye to everyone with jumps and pawing. They all said farewell to him and genuinely will miss him. I highly recommend this location. Bonus I met my dog, it was love at first sight and we drove home all within the same day!

Super helpful and lovely staff! I got my kitty Marceline (prev. named Luna) from them a few weeks ago. All staff were super helpful and asked me a lot of questions to find out what kind of cat would fit my lifestyle best. After I filled out their surveys, they immediately knew what cats would be good for me. And my cat I ended up picking was a great fit! Highly recommend these folks.

If you are looking for a shelter to adopt or support, look no further! Thank you to Sam (I believe was the lovely person at the front desk) and volunteers Rod and Lauren for helping me find the cat love of my life, 5 month old male kitty Pancake, who we are now calling Pepe (short for cacio e pepperoni). The love for animals was emanating from every corner of this place. I was blown away with the honesty of each cats health and demeanor. The adoption process was simple and quick. Thank you Bideawee!

Wonderful experience! Everyone was so helpful and clearly cared so much about the animals. They provided clear instructions and helpful tips regarding the adoption process. Would absolutely adopt from here again and would recommend anyone looking for a new furry friend to do the same! Because of them I have my wonderful Duke!! So grateful
