I have two Shih Tzus, brother and sister, and we’ve been coming here since they were 6 months old—they’re now 4 years old. Cruz is always warm, kind, and welcoming, not only to my dogs but to me as well. He consistently checks in to see if any adjustments are needed with their haircuts and makes sure there aren’t any concerns to discuss. He’s especially thoughtful about my boy’s skin issues and always offers helpful recommendations. He’s also incredibly patient and understanding with my girl, who has anxiety about going to the groomer. Chase and Carley are made to feel comfortable and are even able to walk around with the other dogs, which I truly appreciate. I love the little extra touches—cute bandanas, bow ties, and adorable bows in Carley’s hair. You really couldn’t ask for a better

They treated my dog with so much care and patience, and the grooming result was absolutely flawless — clean, beautifully styled, and my pup came out looking (and smelling) incredible. You can really tell they pay attention to every little detail and genuinely love the animals they work with. The shop itself is spotless, welcoming, and has such a great vibe. It’s rare to find a groomer you fully trust, and this place exceeded all expectations. If you’re looking for a groomer who is skilled, kind, and truly cares, this is the place. Highly, highly recommend!

The best grooming spot in Wilton Manors, hands down. I’ve been coming here for 3 years and the service is consistently top-notch. They are professional, kind, and most importantly, trustworthy. My dogs are always happy to go there, which speaks volumes! !

My dog Logan loves to get bathed here. The staff and owner take such good care of him. They deserve 5 stars for getting my dog to love taking a bath which is normally not something he enjoys.

I do not know what I would do without Cruz. He is absolutely the best inside and out. My Bernadoodle Boujee looks stunning when she is gromed. Goes out of way and some. Thanks so much. We both love you.
