I had an awesome experience, as always. The staff is consistently amazing—so kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Everyone is super friendly and always ready to help, and that makes such a difference. Our appointment was fast and easy, but never rushed. I always feel like my cat is truly cared for and treated with love and attention. I may need to change vets due to circumstances, and honestly, I really don’t want to. My cat feels like he belongs there. That says everything about the level of trust and comfort you’ve created. Thank you for always giving us the best care🙌🏻❤️❤️❤️

Just brought our brand new rescue Hobbs to Arbor and they were fantastic. They answered all of our questions, treated the puppers with respect and didn’t charge us an arm and a leg. Thank you so very much.❤️

Took my Pit/Staffy mix dog for a checkup, and was astounded at the price - most vets are a LOT more just to walk in the door. Dr. Billhartz was outstanding - they made it super easy to bring Sami in who is quite reactive on leash when there are other dogs around - they let me go in the back door, straight into an empty room, which was wonderful. Very thorough exam, Sami loved everyone - so we're both VERY VERY Happy!

I brought my two year old cat in on a Friday because he had been vomiting nonstop. Dr. Heron took blood and “radiology” to the tune of $1300. At the end of the visit when I asked what was wrong with him she stated exactly my diagnosis is “inconclusive”. He also received a shot of antibiotics. He continued with this same vomiting all weekend. I called first thing Monday morning wanting to bring him back. I of course did not want to pay more when Dr. Heron accomplished nothing. They said no charged for office visit but yes for diagnostics. I received a voicemail from Dr. Heron of course stating he should receive an ultrasound for an additional $800.00. What?
