Beyond Fur - Dog Grooming

Jackie is amazing! I took my 6 month Aussiedoodle to Beyond Fur for her very first full body grooming. After a disastrous experience with PetSmart I hoped Jackie would have better luck trimming my pup. When we first arrived Jackie spent 15 minutes completely and thoroughly explaining the entire grooming experience to me. She also used that time to get to know my pup and set her at ease. Jackie uses positive reinforcement and treats to relax and endear the pups to her. My pup loved her instantly and did not show any signs of fear or distress when I left. The entire grooming took approximately 4hrs and when I say my baby looked amazing afterwards - words can’t describe! We took Nugget to Beyond Fur for his very first grooming session, and the experience truly exceeded our expectations! We were a little anxious at first, but Jackie took the time to explain every step of the process, which put us at ease. Her patience, gentle approach, and attention to detail gave us peace of mind. Nugget came out looking adorable, happy, and not overly stressed. Highly recommend Beyond Fur and Jackie—Nugget will definitely be back!

I am beyond thankful to Jackie for accepting Theo as his new client. Her professionalism, and care towards Theo cannot be matched. We've been through many groomers, finding which one was right, but I believe we finally found the groomer for Theo. Due to the cold weather, Theo had to wear pajamas, which led to some matting. Jackie took her time to remove the matted fur. Given that his fur was also dense, she really took her time to clean, brush, and dry his fur. Honestly, I can see why she's fully booked out. I also love that it's only 1:1 , and it's cage free. Theo's gonna return once more. We're so happy that we finally found Theo a groomer/stylist! 🐶🥹💜

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough great things about Jackie! She truly went above and beyond to make my dog feel comfortable. She let my dog (Koko) roam around her grooming place to get settled instead of rushing the process, which I really appreciated. Jackie even took a video of the entire grooming session and showed me how my dog did throughout, which gave me so much peace of mind. She was patient, kind, and made sure my dog had breaks in between, never pushing her past her comfort level. It genuinely felt like she cared for my dog as if she were her own. Thank you so much, Jackie! We will definitely be back! 🐶

JACKIE IS TRUELY TALENTED. She is soo thorough and takes so much care in what she does! She gives lots of love and attention to the fur babies. I really love that she books one on one so theres not much chaos or distractions during the sessions. She really listens and goes above and beyond for my fur baby's needs. She also records the sessions so you can check in on how your baby does. Toby will definitely be a forever customer. :)
