Best Friends Pet Hotel

Our Loki always has a wonderful time at Best Friends. We were nervous at first but they treated her extremely well, gave her her meds and sent us pictures. The grooming is the best we have ever used and I think all of their plans would meet pet parent criteria for a very reasonable price! We would always use Best Friends when we have to leave our fur baby for overnight stays and grooming and play days.

My dog loves Best Friends! He attends camp and has boarded several times. The whole staff is terrific, but Heidi is the best. She goes above and beyond.

We brought our two very young puppies for a two night and three day stay at best friends. We could not have been happier with the experience. Both dogs seemed completely content during their stay. Definitely going back!

We’ve been bringing our cat for years, and now our new dog. Heidi is the best manager this location has ever had. She cares about each pet (and owner) and is the only manager that’s ever cared about the cats. She is communicative, helpful, and knowledgeable. Thank you, Heidi, for making Best Friends the best place for our pets!

We absolutely love Best Friends Pet Care in Sudbury! They take such fantastic care of our big pup, Piper. Heidi and Kay are a tremendous team, in addition to the other staff members. They all love the dogs so much and take such good care of them. I wouldn’t go anywhere else with my dog. We love the way the staff treats Piper like a family member. Piper loves going there and can’t wait to spend time with her friends. 🥰
