Best Friends Boarding & Day Club

After my mom’s dog came out of being groomed it’s been a nightmare. Something was wrong we noticed when was walking and we had taken him to 4 veterinary clinic to find out what is wrong with him. I called few days to notify them and I did say I was going to keep them posted but apparently there is a policy because I called after 2 months. I don’t want to put him to sleep because it’s like killing. Do you know how much money and care we had with him. Please he was a happy and healthy dog. Now we have all the bills to make sure he won’t die. I don’t place a picture or a video because you will all cry. As you said This dog was brought in several months ago, and at that time he arrived with a pre-existing, severe skin condition that our team immediately documented and noted in his file. Beca

Wonderful experience. Matthew, the owner, is fantastic and helped us evade disaster when we were late for graduation and needed a place closer by to keep our boys. They were very accommodating and we felt secure leaving them in Best Friends’ care despite the quick turn around. The facilities are very clean and the dogs seemed like they enjoyed their outing to the park! We are so glad we discovered Best Friends today!

Our puppy loves spending time here! He’s definitely more on the “slightly feral” side but is always so excited to go and comes back tired from playing & socializing. The space is clean and nicely decorated, the staff is also extremely caring and welcoming. We’ve been going for months and will continue to do so! We’re so happy this business opened in this neighborhood, would 100% recommend!

Our dog Ocho absolutely loves Best Friends! He starts running when we’re still blocks away because he knows just how much love, fun, and care he’s about to get. It honestly says everything about the place. We’ve used their daycare, overnight boarding, and grooming services, and every single experience has been amazing. The team truly treats the dogs like family. What means the most is how patient and gentle they are. Ocho used to hate being groomed, and now he actually enjoys it because of the trust and care they’ve built with him. Knowing he’s happy, safe, and so well loved gives us total peace of mind. Best Friends is more than a daycare, it’s a home away from home, and we’re so grateful to have them in the neighborhood. 💛

Took my puppy to socialize with others in the neighborhood. We got smiles when coming in and it was smooth boarding. We only had him for 4 hours and he came back in great spirits. We definitely going back. Thanks everyone.
