Belle Haven Animal Medical Centre

We love this clinic and its vets and staff. Have been bringing our pets here for 20 plus years. We have a new foster on this recent visit and the team took extra time and care to help him feel comfortable. We look forward to continue to bringing our pets here for years to come.

called asking for emergency appt 15 min before 1:30 closing time on saturday; they kindly fit me in, and were even more kind and understanding to me as my cat had to be euthanized. The nicest people, and I have had great experiences with them for many years. They were likely more expensive than other vets, but I have found them to be worth it. Do wish it cost a little less though!

Dr. Baumsteiger and Jhanina were so patient and caring for my dog who has major anxiety at the vet. Our appointment was scheduled for a half an hour but they stayed and spent 2.5 hours working with my dog to ensure he got the medical care that he needed in a caring a patient way. I also took my cat that same week to Dr. Grimm, she loves my cat and is so warm and really listens to your concerns. The receptionists are also very friendly and loving when you bring your animals in. I couldn't be happier with them!

I’m so thankful to Belle Haven Animal Medical Center for their compassionate and thorough care of my cat. The front desk was friendly during check-in and check-out. Dr. Vanja demonstrated in-depth knowledge and expertise. She carefully examined my cat and was able to diagnose her infection. She explained everything thoroughly and went through the treatment plan step by step with me. The vet tech also helped to answer my questions and was so gentle and calm with my nervous kitty. Overall, I have complete trust in BHAMC with the care of my pets.

I wasn’t pleased with my last vet and I just got a puppy. They were able to squeeze me in and couldn’t have been more lovely and accommodating. I really felt like they dedicated a lot of time and care to me and my pup. I’m excited to have found a place so welcoming! I had to bring my kids to the appointment and they even had toys for them!
