I cannot get over the incredible experience we received when our cat Cleo wasn't able to eat for two days and we feared that she may have swallowed some floss. Our standard veterinary clinic didn't have any day of appointments, but the moment I called Bel Air Veterinary Hospital, they opened up a spot right away. I was not only flabbergasted by their prompt reply but the kind of care our Cleo received. The staff behind the desk were super pleasant, and they took our cat back right away to do an immediate assessment. Once they determined sedation was the best option, a tech came out to inform me of the process and had me sign off on the procedure and cost (which was incredibly reasonable). I left Cleo in their excellent care and received a call back within 1-2 hours explaining what they had

So grateful for their dedicated teams and staff. When I need something they stay on top of it and get back to me quickly. I have gone there for years and I may not stay up on all my immunizations, but there is never judgement. Thank you for all you do for my pets.

Speaking strictly about the vet portion. Dr. Schmidt and team always take amazing care of our 15 year old Boston Terrier. The office staff has greatly improved over the years and always are responsive whenever my pup needs an appointment. I always let them know up front that I’d like pricing for certain things, and it hasn’t been a problem. We moved an hour away, but still make the trek down. Thanks for taking such good care of our Greta!

We highly recommend Bel Air Veterinary Hospital. We have taken our two dogs (Riki and Cherbi) there for years now for routine care as well as boarding. As soon as you enter the building, the front staff greets you with a smile. They are very polite, knowledgeable and patient. The doctors provide excellent care.

Three of my dogs "family member's" were cared for here. Kaiser, Roxy and Mr Wrinkles. No one ever looks forward to the visit to the vet. But they always made the visit easy and pleasurable for me and my babies. They cared for my pets from birth like they were their own loved ones. Im very thankful for everyone here for being so thoughtful and caring during my recent loss!!!
