Beauty In the Beast Pet Grooming

I took a one year old mix of Bernese Mountain Dog, Dalmatian, and German Wire Haired Pointer in. She had never been groomed professionally and I was at my wit's end trying to brush her multiple times daily, vacuuming the house also multiple times daily. The mats were beginning to form beneath her five inch coat. What a mess. These guys took her in and didn't blink. Said it would be a three or four hour job. A little more than four hours later they called. I was amazed at the transformation. While I loved her long hair it was not sustainable. She is a beautiful pup. Thanks to Beauty in the Beast for the grooming. They didn't miss a thing, nails, paw hair, mats. I will be a regular customer!

Our chocolate lab was just treated to a bath and de-shed at Beauty in the Beast and our beast, indeed, came out beautiful! Not only were all of those clumps gone, replaced by a wonderful-smelling cleanness, she seemed very at-ease and untraumitized by the whole experience! Last week, she had her nails cut and teeth brushed. Diva highly recommends Beauty in the Beast and really likes the humans there.

I booked my appointment online. I made it very clear that my dog needed a bath needed his face trimmed and needed his paws trimmed. I left my phone number and my email address. When I got there for the appointment, Brooke informed me that they couldn’t trim him. All they could do was bathe him. I had given them my phone number and my email address at least 24 hours in advance. They could have very easily called me or texted me or sent me an email telling me that but they didn’t. I won’t be going back to Beauty In The Beast because if that’s the way they deal with their customers I don’t want them dealing with my dog. THINK TWICE.

I had my dog groomed for the very first time just a puppy and pretty much was told he mis behaved but his haircut is completely chopped up and looks terrible., not to mention after I brought him home he wasn’t acting right and wouldn’t eat or drink just wanted to sleep The next morning he wasn’t acting back to his crazy self
