We’ve been customers, and our animals have been patients of Bay Cities now for more than 20 years. We’ve come to trust the hospital, their staff and doctors as if they were family members. While there have been many changes over the past few years, all of them have been for the better. The facilities are always very clean. The staff are always incredibly friendly and they always make us feel very welcome. One of the things I truly enjoy, is getting to speak with and get to know the staff who are very interested not only our animals, but also our ourselves. We love Bay Cities Pet Hospital because they really care about our fur babies! We got our beautiful baby Goldendoodle, Oreo, about 3 months ago & have gone through a couple emergency situations already, aside from the typical well visits & vaccinations. This office is always so amazing at not just getting us in quickly, but also showing real care & attention. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a place that will care for your fur babies like family!

I have been bringing my 2 dogs to Bay Cities for almost 10yrs now and have never had a disappointing or bad experience! The front desk, Emily & Christina, are always a pleasure to see, smiling and greeting! I would definitely recommend if you're in the south bay area!

I think I've written a review before, but just wanted to say how happy I am with this place every time we leave. I've been a client here since covid and have gone through the ownership change (?), but the consistency of the staff has been great, and the staff really make this place as pleasant as it is. Always patient, always kind, they ALWAYS answer all of my questions, and it has always felt very honest with what's needed and what isn't. So thank you for being a trusted place for my 3 fur babies.
