don’t normally leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience because of how upset I was after bringing my dog to this grooming salon. When I dropped him off, I already had concerns. The staff didn’t seem particularly welcoming or professional, and I even heard one of the groomers yelling from the back. It was unsettling, but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, assuming they were just having a tough day. Unfortunately, things only got worse. When I returned to pick up my dog, I was absolutely shocked. He looked nothing like the sweet, fluffy little boy I had dropped off. Instead, he looked like a completely different dog—much older and disheveled. His fur was cut unevenly, with patchy areas that made him look like he’d been groomed by someone completely inexperienced

I am not usually the type to leave a bad review, but maybe this will improve the service in the future. After telling me that my puppy is too young to be shaved down and will just do a trim, my puppy was shaved low and it was uneven. Also I had a appointment at 9am and around 3pm I still had no phone call that he was ready, and they close at 4pm. I was freaking out, because I thought maybe they gave my puppy away or something idk, but he was there for 6 hours! So I rushed up there to get my puppy! When I got him, He was still wet, which is strange because 3 hours prior, they said he had already had a bath so he shouldn’t have been wet 3 hours after! My puppy looked so sad and he was crying when I got him, he never does that!

Will not return! So many things went wrong. First of all, we made an appt for 11am and didn't get him back until 3:30. What's the point of making an appt if you're going to allow others to cut to the front for a fee. Second, I paid $145 for his grooming when last time I paid $135 for the same dog, plus my grandma's dog. Lastly, we showed a picture of the Teddy bear cut we wanted, as they did last time, but it came out hideous. The groomer really lacks skill.

I Called and Kim seen me the same day . I’m very pleased and happy on how Snow came out . They are under New Management so I discarded all Past reviews . Snow got a Full body Teddy Bear cut and as you can see she is beautiful. I will definitely be coming back Here for more Services! THANK YOU SO MUCH KIM !! 🫶🏼

first and last time using this place for grooming. I should have listened to the bad reviews. Dropped my puppy off at 10 am and he wasn’t ready until 2:30 even though I had an appointment. The lady that answers the phone is so rude and short. They shaved my dog basically bald and they area around the head looks like a five year old cut it, its uneven.
