Barker's Barber

Brenda is the owner and the groomer! She is the best in Chester County! I refer all my clients to her! She really gets to know your dog and knows exactly what cut to provide.

We LOVE Barkers! My cockapoo was so anxious. I really struggled with finding someone to groom him. He always had to be muzzled. I even had a groomer suggest that I surrender him because he was too aggressive. I found Barkers and she was the answer to my prayers. My Pepper actually got excited to see her and she didn’t even have to muzzle him. Needless to say we were with Barkers for 12 years and Brenda even cried with me when it became clear that he was getting toward the end of his life. When we get our next dog we will be back!

I'd give negative stars if I could. This establishment is incompetent and unethical. Please read to the end. We have a long-haired Persian cat who is very docile. We had great experiences with Main Lion cat grooming, but when we didn't hear back from them, we needed to go somewhere else, and Barker's Barber was close. On Barker's Barber's website, it specifically says: "we are also capable of providing you with expert grooming advice. We are very knowledgeable in this respect and want to see that our customers are able to properly ensure the health and safety of their cats on their own." That's why my husband went with Barker's Barbers. My husband dropped off our cat Saturday morning and said we wanted a close shave all over- no fancy lion cut or booties. The woman said that would

Brenda is a wonderful groomer. Patient, precise and the dogs love her. Treated my senior dog with special needs extremely well.

She is phenomenal. Been taking my Shih Tzu to her several times a year for over 5 years- never will go anywhere else!
