The folks at Barker’s have been such a gift for our family! Our 11 year old basset, Jabba has received the most genuine and passionate care. (The first time he has actually been happy in a vet office!) Since trusting Barker’s with Jabba’s care, we have never felt so comfortable with the expertise treatment and care he has received! My sweet but nervous puppy absolutely loves the staff, they took care of him as he was their own. Their fear free practices ensured that he felt safe and comfortable every step of the way, I couldn’t imagine taking him any other place. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Its always clean and neat. I think they listen to my concerns and aren't pushy about being able to afford certain test. Which im grateful for because I already feel guilty about it! Im not rich but I love my dogs and I dont go to the dr so my dog can go and get his seizure medicine. Which is most important to me. The only thing was this last time they forgot my refills and only gave me 1 month. I called and the person that answered said she'd call the other 2 in. So I hope that is the case. Thank you.

Awesome service with my 16 year old Jack Russell Terrier. Everyone was friendly and offered chicken strips and soft milkbones! With the money I paid - Thank You Dr. Shields!

I’ve been taking my pup to Barker for at least 6 years now and I have nothing but wonderful things to say. The entire staff is so kind, warm, and helpful. The love they show to my boy makes my heart swell. They’ve always gone above and beyond with his care. The fear free practices that the office implements make a huge difference. My pup is always so excited when we enter the office which was not an experience that my family dogs had when I was growing up. 10/10 recommend Barker Animal Hospital.
