Barkberry Place

We love barkberry! We have been to so many DIY dog washes from pet supply plus, whole pets and them. We love this places, they supply so many types of shampoos and conditioners, different types of brushes for grooming, all types of grooming wipes, towels and conditioner sprays. We’ve also enjoyed there water pressure being just right. But on top of all that their staff is always 10/10 super helpful and friendly and super attentive to see how are baths are going and if we need anything! They are go to bath place and will always be suggested to friends and family! Thank you guys!!🥰

Unfortunately there isn’t a way to give no stars. I have mini goldendoodle. My wife took him to this location this morning around 11AM. She asked for the usual teddy bear haircut that our dog gets at the I-Street location. We chose this location based on I-Streets lack of availability. 111$ for my pup to get completely shaved, which is not remotely close to what we had asked for. There were no calls or any notifications made about the same. When my wife went to go pick our pup up, not only was she shocked but was told that if the groomers went shorter the dog would require “sun screen”. Traumatic for the dog as well as us as dog parents. I will not recommend this location to anyone. Please google what a teddy bear haircut is!

I paid $114 for them not to even cut my dogs face into a teddy bear face. Her face is shaved off into a poodle. Has never done that cut or requested that. They also charge $114 and do not do the anal glands other places do. They must lie and say that they do. This time they straight up told me they didn’t do it. They also charge by weight so even though I have two goldendoodles the same size one weights more so one was 90 and the other was 105 there’s no logic in that when they are the same size. My first few experiences Bonnie would come back with razor burn from the heat.

I WILL SAY THIS AGAIN AND AGAIN..... DO NOT take your dog to the Bentonville location (almost to Bella Vista). I have been to the other location on I street and would recommend again and again. When I took my dog in there for the first time today, I was standing there for a good 5-7 minutes waiting my turn and the Guy with long hair (groomer) came to get the Dog that was in front of me. He then proceeds to yell at the other worker about bathing and grooming and why he has to do something first. My heart started pumping hard and I could feel a range of emotions. If your dog is like mine and precious to me like my kid, I will not allow someone to possible hurt her. If you can talk to another human like that, I couldn't imagine what you would do to my dog who can't tell me what you did. I wou

Love love love this place! We’ve been there two to three times now and it’s always excellent. Excellent service excellent care excellent results! The ladies in there are always nice and wonderful. They take great care of our dog. Our dog always looks amazing! They always are sure to ask about grooming needs and not just assume it’s what you had the previous time! Love that they add little bows when you come pick your dog up! So cute! We’ll always come here!!!
