Karen has been instrumental in helping our German Sheppard Sadie cope with her anxiety issues towards other dogs and new surroundings. Since being with Karen, Sadie has become a new dog for us; full of life and spirit. We have a new outlook with Sadie now, taking her on more car trips and new adventures that were near impossible. Prior to training with Karen, Sadie was hesitant and uneasy attending most outings. Now, Sadie easily jumps into the truck and is ready for the next family adventure! Sadie's anxiety has improved and is still a work in progress, we are very happy to see Sadie facing new experiences with more ease. Karen has helped us tremendously!! She is patient, supportive, and makes an effort to meet you and your dog where you are. We've participated in individual and group training and have found both to be very beneficial. We also were grateful to be able to leave our dog with her for boarding when we traveled as it gave us great peace of mind.

Karen has been wonderful with Max! Eve Ben working with her for over a year. The weekly pack meetings are great. It's great for reenforcing what we have already learned and we learn something new every week. Thank you BTW Dog Training!
