Bark Now

3 dogs and a 10 year client with visits every 5 to 6 weeks same requests to be completed every time. This was the last straw! Very inconsistent grooming from visit to visit, none of which I ever complained about because animals can be wiggly. The co owner offered some compensation on our next visit but was very standoffish when I requested a full refund for this visit and to make sure that the groomer who handled my dogs this time wouldn't it be used for my dogs in the future. I have only ever brought my girl to a groomer once before and it cost me thousands of dollars in vet bills. I decided to give it another try 3 years later and lots of research. I brought her to Bark Now after relating my concerns and previous experience. They did a fantastic job and my girl came home beautiful and injury free. We had a great experience at Bark Now. We took our son and DIL's dog, Spaghetti, there as a surprise while we were dog sitting for a month. He was long overdue for a trim and Laura did a great job! Our son and Daughter-in-law were delighted and they have received many positive comments on how great Spaghetti looks. I have to agree!

We've had good luck here in the past with our old grumpy husky mix, but I think we had a miscommunication last time (and a different employee, not the lady we're used to) and we ended up with a totally shaved Old English Sheepdog. She looked cute, but it would have been nice to get a call...she certainly wasn't "severely matted" as it said on her card. She did have several mats under her harness straps, but honestly, with it so cold, I would rather have had her partially clipped, even if it looked a bit odd.

They did an amazing job on my soft coated Wheaton terrier! Such a perfect box Wheaton cut and they were so quick and friendly. Highly recommend for your regular groomer needs we just pre scheduled our appointments through the fall ❤️
