We always have a great experience at the Woodstock Banfield. The ladies at the check-in are always pleasant and polite. Depending on the reason for our dogs’ visit, the price of treatment is disclosed. We have the Optimum Wellness Plan which definitely helps to save us money. The Veterinarians are so thorough on every visit. I usually have questions and all of them are addressed. I love this Banfield! You will too!

We had an excellent experience at this clinic with Dr Yadav today. The staff was kind, patient, and truly cared about our pet’s well-being. Doc took time to explain everything clearly and made us feel at ease. Hera 🐕 was happy with them too. You can tell they genuinely love animals. Highly recommend!

Our experience with the vet and the techs were amazing! I would love to give 5 stars but the reception staff were far from courteous and borderline rude. We were told a 15 minute wait. After 45 minutes, my wife asked how much longer and the receptionist was short and rude in her responses.

I’ve had such great experiences time and time again bringing my two shepherds to Dr. Ivana Duric. She is caring and patient with my anxious one and always seems happy to see them. She always shares any news and health concerns, and follows up to make sure they’re both doing well and always answers any questions I have. I’ve brought them here since 2019 and won’t stop bringing them here. Definitely recommend Dr. Duric!

Dr Bell is always a great comfort to our dog, Sugar and us. She is honest and gets us through the next best next steps to treating our very senior dog . Our recent visit has Sugar already improving.
