Banfield Pet Hospital

I didn't have an appointment because my dog unexpectedly hurt himself. They were able to get me in quickly and with the Pet Care Plan, I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket. The staff was very friendly and helpful with getting us seen quickly.

My boyfriend and I take our dogs here and have them on their wellness plan! We love Banfield! We rescued our dogs of the street a few months ago and immediately took them here for their first checkup to make sure they were okay and we have continued to take them to Banfield because they have been so nice and so helpful!! The wellness plans are also so great and well worth it!

Really good experience at Petsmart in Westminster- got a new puppy & Logan the tech explained all the vaccines, wellness plan,…& let me have my opinion on shots that were optional. Vet was kind & thorough & Receptionist was very pleasant & helpful as well. I gave 4 bc tho I think the wellness plan was best $ - pet vaccines & spay etc are pricey. I will bring my other dog here as well bc I feel it was the best care for price.

Went to get a medicine refill for my dog. They told me they can't give it because she was not attended at that location before. So basically they made me drive 35 miles to get the banfield she was attended to get a simple refill. They have all the information in the system and I also provided the bottle with the information. They just simply don't care

Very kind and compassionate staff treated my sick cat. Even though she hated the experience they did the best they could despite blood work, urine test, and rehydrating here to get to the bottom of the problem. Would highly recommend. Thank you for helping us when we needed it most.
