The staff is always helpful and friendly. I can tell they love their job by how they take care of my Bobo. The doctors make sure every procedure and post instructions are understandable.

I have had a Banfield wellness plan for my cat for 7 years. After relocating back to LA, I switched to the Torrance Banfield because I had a great experience with Dr. Michael Handley for my dog. I had scheduled a dental cleaning and exam for my cat. One year ago, the team at the front suggested I upgrade my plan to the more expensive plan that included an x-ray to rule out any infection because my cat had recently been sneezing and they could do the x-ray when she was sedated for dental. The upgraded plan included the dental cleaning that was supposed to be completed. I was clear with the staff that I didn't want additional medications administered to her without my approval due to her health concerns. I received a call hours later that they were unable to sedate my cat for the dental exam

BANFIELD Pet Hospital in my opinion it’s far beyond one of the best. I can’t say enough that care team is great and the customer service is outstanding when you check in, especially Jake, very professional and very knowledgeable It takes time to answer any questions that you have in detail.

I enjoy great service at this clinic. I was in a hurry to get all cats vaccinations. They got me in within one day. This clinic was the best. Even though I had others closer to my home. The friendly encouragement and support I got from the staff and vet here at Torrance clinic is worth the drive. I will be back.

Well, I went to this place for the first time to get a free exam and before they seen my dog the lady was trying to charge me north of $600.00 and I'm like huh, For what? And she started rattling off a bunch of miscellaneous crap one being an anal expression! Now my PUPPY is 2 months old what the he'll does she need that for at that age I thought that was rather sick she was just trying to drum up all these charges because she thought she had a Victim I'm a man of color at the Torrance location so you can imagine how I was being treated, Long story longer my pup had some sort of skin issue that I was concerned about I've only had her for a couple of weeks and wanted to get her checked out to make sure there were no parasitic infestation occurring so initially she told me they had to take
