Banfield Pet Hospital

My golden loves Banfield! He’s on a comprehensive insurance plan and gets care whenever he needs it, all his vaccinations are included, and he gets a dental cleaning included every year. I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. All of the vets have been outstanding and the staff is knowledgeable and extra friendly. Saves me thousands of dollars per year on vet care and the app is super helpful!

Dr. Sam was very rude, I took my cat in for a check up for weight gain and she needed an update for a shot. Dr. Sam asked me if I could wrap my cat up in a towel for him so he could give the shot (as he did not want too.) So I did, then he started criticizing me for “not handling my cat well while he had to give the shot” as it was difficult for him. I expect better from “animal experts” when I take my cat in. Thank you Dr. Sam for your criticism but I’m not the expert.

My pet had an appointment today for breathing issues.. and instead of canceling or rescheduling, a note was left on the door. My appointment was confirmed multiple times via email, to include a day prior. It is now too late to get my pet in. Unacceptable.

I called this morning with a variety of issues to work through, and Lizzie from your team was SO helpful! She took her time and walked me through options for scheduling my pets. In the end, we were able to find the most efficient option to get my dogs' vaccines and exams. We've been going to this location since we moved to the area, and it is hands down the best Banfield experience we've ever had (and we've been a Banfield customer in Texas, Georgia, Florida, Colorado, and Washington state). They always take such good care of our dogs.

Terrible Service and Unacceptable Wait Times at this Banfield in Sterling. If I could give 0 stars I would with no hesitation. I always have one of the worst experiences at this location, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who actually cares about their pet’s well-being. I had an appointment scheduled for 12:00, yet my dog and I ended up waiting for over 30 minutes in the waiting room with no explanation. Despite the long delays, the staff showed no concern whatsoever. When I approached the front desk to ask for an update, I was met with nothing but attitude. The receptionists were dismissive and rude, acting as if I was bothering them for simply wanting to know why my scheduled appointment was being ignored.
