We have been using Banfield for several years, several doggies. They always fix the problems, the staff is friendly and the price is comparable to other vets we have used - the entire facility is very clean and the doctors are knowledgeable - 5 stars from our family!

My Banfield of San Pedro treat my baby like a Princess. She’s always happy to see staff. Gives them all kisses. Even in the worse of moments, they have always had space and given her the attention she needs. I love these folks.

My cat has been going to Banfield since 2013 and overall it has been a very pleasant experience. The front office staff, Vets and Vet Technicians are thorough and caring towards my cat. They also take time to explain issues/conditions to you when necessary. I started my cat on her Optimum Wellness Plan in the beginning due to the high cost of a dental cleaning. Most cats get periodontitis, so it's important so they can eat as they get old. It is included, along with routine vaccinations and two comprehensive exams per year. Her healthcare is affordable since you can spread out routine healthcare costs over monthly payments. It is more economical than paying separately for each service/need. Banfield San Pedro is a wonderful place to bring your animals! All of the staff are amazing and so kind! My cats enjoy going to vet here and always leave in a good mood even when they are going in not feeling well. So lucky to have found them! Very transparent with pricing and options for your animals. They have great options outside of pet insurance with their wellness plans, too! We usually see Dr. Polcari, but when she is not there we always have great experiences with every Dr. !

The San Pedro Banfield is beyond 5 stars. Everyone there the staff and vets are so friendly, helpful, and respectful. Special shout out to Martha. Always attentive to your pets needs and also to you. Taking your I’ll pet can be so stressful but they always are so attentive. The facility is very clean and usually unless they have an emergency, the wait time to get an appointment is easy and reasonable. Soleil and I can’t thank you all enough. 💟
