Great staff and doctors at the Royal Palm location. I take all 4 of my dogs there. Very professional. Also, I have all of my dogs on the Optimum Wellness Plan which saves a lot of money. I couldn’t be happier.
I’ve been dealing with Bandfield for almost a year now! They were helping treat my senior dog that was also fighting a cancer! Well today we took my Ghost to Bandfield cause she wasn’t feeling good and didn’t eat her dinner last night nor her breakfast this morning! Upon testing the unfortunate cancer progressed and due to Ghost’s labored breathing etc! The vet was worried about her getting worse overnight and couldn’t guarantee is any medication will continue to work! So I had to make that uncomfortable/unfortunate decision and make that call! With all that said, the staff was very kind, extremely supportive and sympathetic and allowed us to stay with Ghost as long as we needed/wanted to, during the procedure they also again allowed us to stay with her so she knew her family members were
Scam! If you value your pet dont take them here! Dogs dead because of an allergy shot they gave without the appropriate blood work and follow up. Now they want a bunch of money for cancelling membership! No quality veterinarian care here. If you value your pets life take them elsewhere.
Do NOT sign up for this. My dog is very sick. I've been there at least 4 times in the past week. You get different staff at every visit. Even the vet. Today I dropped my dog off for tests. before I picked him up I said that I wanted to talk to the vet when I got there, but as usual they were too buy to see me! I'm paying for a VET! The office staff do not have the answers. This has happened on every visit. They are too busy to talk to you! My dog has been sick for 3 weeks and still sick but they sent me home with meds and I have no idea what they are for! I want a refund and I want my contract canceled
