Banfield Pet Hospital

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Banfield Pet Hospital in Peachtree City, GA. I called on Wednesday, February 11th to have a prescription filled for my dog. I was told the medication would be ready and that the hospital closes at 6:00 PM on Thursdays. I explained that I would pick it up on Thursday, February 12th, and was told that would be fine. Today, I drove 1 hour and 15 minutes from my job to get there and arrived at 5:50 PM, well before the stated closing time. When I arrived, the hospital was already closed. A front desk staff member informed me that they leave early if they don’t have any patients. This is completely unacceptable. I arrived before closing, as I was told, and made a significant effort to be there on time. This is unfair not only to me, but to my dog

I love our Peachtree City Banfield location. They are consistently kind, helpful, and efficient. They are gentle and respectful with our cats and dogs. They are always available and helpful when we call with questions or concerns. Highly recommend.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Banfield Hospital in Peachtree City. After my appointment was canceled on Friday, I was told I would be “squeezed in” on Saturday (12/20/25). The cancellation happened because they advised me to take my other dog to the ER for respiratory issues, which I completely understood. However, my oldest dog still urgently needed to be seen for an ear and skin infection. I asked if my dog could stay while I returned later to pick him up, but that option was denied. Instead, I was assured multiple times that if I called the next day, they would work me into the Saturday schedule. The staff is always friendly and informative. The doctors take the time to answer all questions. The rest of the staff is very professional. I will recommend this location when it comes to care for your furry baby 🐶

They went above and beyond in not only treating my dog but offering genuine emotional support. 11/10 would recommend.
