Banfield Pet Hospital

Insanely positive experience bringing my little girl here. She’s been a frequent flyer this last month but I love the care plan they offer and the amazing doctors. Between ER transfers, routine lab work and vaccines they’ve been tremendously helpful and caring. 🥰

First time at this hospital. Had a wonderful experience with our Viper getting his initial shots. All of the staff was super professional. From the manager Nicole assisting us with our wellness plan, Brian taking the time to thoroughly explain the visit and after care instructions, and lastly, I'm sorry that I do not remember her name, but the lady who's name starts with a "D" that does patient intake. I was visiting my parents for Thanksgiving and my dog had a ruptured abscess and needed to be seen immediately. Luckily because we have Banfield pet insurance, we were able to visit this Banfield hospital. They were able to squeeze him in that day and all of the staff was extremely kind. We so appreciate that they made the effort to help us out and take care of our pup! He is almost fully recovered now. Sometimes I find some Banfield pet hospitals are slow to answer the phone, but this location was very responsive and also called us with updates since we had to do a drop off. Thank you again for helping us out!

Brought my dog into vet to check out his ear and it was a drop off appointment. But when I picked him up they had us waiting for about 25 min. Then the kid at the front desk said he would go get him, after we already were told to come and get him because he was ready. No vet came out and spoke with us. I tried calling back later and left a message but never received a call back. Secaucus location has better customer service and communication.

My experience at Banfield was excellent the staff Dara, Kim , Nicole and Dr Nelson were very kind, Professional and very patient explained everything on how to take care of my pet I'm so happy for this new staff . I can honestly say that I am so comfortable with this staff they're the best and very caring.
