I recently moved to this area so this is now the closest location to me. I had my first visit today for Kali, my four year old mini Sheepadoodle. I have to say, I’m impressed! They got her in easily and pickup was way faster than expected with full results of her comprehensive exam. Everyone was kind, the location was easy to get to and clean, and there was plenty of parking. Our last Banfield location wasn’t bad but this one already seems much better. Nurse Nancy was so sweet too! We scheduled our next follow up appointment and I feel confident knowing I have this location nearby. Thank you guys!

My dog, Yogi a Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier and Banfield patient for many years was given the medication Adequan on August 11, 2025, even though he had documented cancer (soft tissue sarcoma in 2024 and hemangiosarcoma in 2025). At that same visit, Banfield was informed of his hemangiosarcoma diagnosis following his July splenectomy. Vaccines were refused due to his cancer, and I specifically asked whether Adequan was safe. The injection was still administered despite clear contraindications and the medication’s own warning label stating it should not be used in animals with bleeding disorders or conditions that may cause internal bleeding. It was also given shortly before his surgery, which increases bleeding risk. Yogi declined rapidly after the injection and p

Worst experience ever, I had an appointment in the morning when i got there the guy and lady at the front desk told me that my account was on hold cuz of payment this not being true because I have the withdrawal from them in my account this month, gave me a number that only works mon to fri. They didn’t see my cat and the stress from being in the cage made him pee and throw up. I can’t wait to cancel this awful service! Never again!

Went to refill my dogs vetoryl medicine for Cushing disease. Must take everyday. Told doctor was at lunch. Need to wait an hour. Went back and vet says another vet saw him last time for visit. She won’t fill. Total BS. Got filled there last 3 months. Called another vet. They said if you have a paper prescription go to Costco. Costco 66 dollars instead of 99 and got 3 month supply. This waterford lakes Banfield is to dirty to ever think of bring a pet to. Hope this helps someone

I waited several weeks before writing this because I didn’t want it to come from a place of raw emotion. But after what we went through, people deserve to know what Banfield has become. We brought my dad’s senior dog in to discuss end of life care. Before anyone even looked at her, a tech came in and immediately started asking what tests we wanted to order, as if we were picking items for an online shopping cart. We were already emotional and confused, why are we being asked to choose medical tests? Isn’t that the vet’s job? They went to school for this. We didn’t. Feeling pressured and unsure, we agreed to a test. Only after that did the doctor finally come in. We talked about her condition, and together decided that the most humane option was euthanasia. It was painful but it was the r
