Such a pleasant surprise when I dropped my 2 mini Aussies to have their yearly dental cleaning. Annie checked us in and made us feel welcome and important. Got and gave kisses to the pups which they love showing affection. Not often do you get that kind of greeting.

The staff there are so kind and caring. I have been there a lot with a new puppy and have brought her in for things that only a new dog lover would come in for. Not once did they make me feel like a paranoid “new puppy mom” and understood totally why I was there. Annie at the reception desk is also so amazing. Very patient and kind in person and on the phone. Thanks Annie.

Wellness Plan for Senior dog. Great patient service. Always good to us. Until our dog passes. Since our dog passed in the 2nd month of our wellness plan, Banfield now wants to charge us ("at a discount") for the REMAINING TEN MONTHS that our dog is no longer alive. Banfield is SCAMMING people in their TIME OF GRIEVANCE and will not simply terminate the contract or prorate it. BANFIELD WELLNESS PLAN IS A SCAM!!!

For the Dr. and staff that saw Raven today it went so well. She has been having a time with her allergies and just not wanting to be prodded by anyone. You all picked up on that and were patient with her which helped keep her at ease. Thank you so much.

I wish customer service could show a little more respect and compassion towards customers. Banfield is a place you establish care and have service for animals to be treated for minor or severe issues, yet they are either short staffed or people don't want to communicate correctly. Keep in mind Banfield is a hospital/ Vet office just like we as humans go to. A little annoyed that if a patient came to the doctors or hospital I work at and procedure was at a time schedule, and a doctor had an emergency or called in sick you don't just cancel a patient's appointment. That's the downfall and poor communication, trust to have with Banfield Olathe. Don't have an animal ready for an appointment and pre-op and for owner to be called due to a doctor canceling last minute. It's called back up for a r
