When you take an animal in for a dental cleaning, I’ve come to expect a few surprises as not everything is evident from the outside looking in. In our case, our dog had many deep rooted issues which could not be seen until the pre-op radiographs were taken to get a better look at things. Once the unknown problems were discovered, I promptly received a call from Dr. Baldridge informing us of what needed to happen. He was thorough in his explanation, as well as incorporating some creative options to help us with the significant, and unplanned additional expenses of all the extractions. In addition to his deep concern for our beloved dog, he also wanted to make sure we were good as well. We highly recommend Bradford Animal Hospital and Dr. Baldridge, for all your veterinary needs.

Dr.s were very helpful and knowledgeable. Gave me suggestions to issues I'm having. Took time to listen and were not rushing through the appointment. Groomer is wonderful! Listens and gives advice to minimize the number of grooms. I felt very relaxed leaving Brogan for complete sedation. Thanks! He needed a total shave and he is scared and wild!

After our veterinarian Retired, we tried several new offices. They all seemed very corporate and businessy. Then we tried Bradford Pet hospital. Every single person that Works there, has made us feel very cared for….. From the moment we walk in !!!! And Dr Boldridge Is exceptional. We have three older dogs that are needing a lot of care. Never do I feel like he is pushing anything on us. He takes his time, educates us, and lets us make all the decisions.. He takes so much time visiting with us, and is very genuine in his care of our dogs. That means the world to us.!

I brought Max in after a visit to the emergency vet the day before. Dr. Rome was amazing and her tech (Tina I believe) as well. Dr.Rome was compassionate and explained everything very clearly. She answered all my questions and made a plan that was as easy to follow as possible. Dr. Farleigh addressed some concerns I had a couple days later and was also very clear about what to expect during Max’s illness.The front office staff was also warm and friendly. This office is everything I could want for my pets.

We’ve been bringing our pets here for nearly 20 years, and I truly can’t imagine trusting anyone else. The care our pups and cats received/receive is nothing short of exceptional — from the doctors to the nurses to the front desk. Their knowledge, kindness, and genuine love for animals shines through in everything they do. We are endlessly grateful for the trust and comfort they provide to our furry family. 💛🐾
