I just want to say how truly grateful I am for the amazing team at Bamfield. I brought my cat, Freya, in on Friday after work, and from the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel so welcome and cared for. As a single mom of two kids, life can be stressful, and I was nervous about coming in — especially because I didn’t have a lot to spend. But not once did anyone make me feel judged or uncomfortable. They were so kind, understanding, and willing to work with what I had. They treated both me and Freya with genuine care and compassion. It’s rare to find people who really see you and go out of their way to help, and that meant so much to me. Thank you to everyone there for being so warm, supportive, and human. You made what could have been a really stressful experience into something tha

I took my puppy in for a vet visit because we had just got him and he seemed a little ill and had worms. Lady at reception desk was kind but we waited for a while just to go back. Once we get in there they just start talking money money money. Then continue to say my puppy has parvo virus and he was going to die. They tested for it and it came back negative and they still continued to tell me that my dog was sick. They did the test again and it still came back negative and they still continued to tell me my dog was sick and going to die. He had worms and he was tiny. Very lethargic and tired because he was young. They kept trying to put us in this money trap by doing more test and stuff but we knew what was wrong with my dog and just wanted to make sure that we was correct so we went to th

I recently took one of my boys in for a visit. He is known for being "spicy" but when I picked him up, I was told they quickly made friends with him. They listened to my concerns and kept him in an area away from other animals to keep him calm. It was probably one of our easiest and shortest visits ever

I have been taking my pets to Banfield in Mt Juliet now for almost 5 years. The techs and staff have been amazing. Because of them we were able to get an extra three years with our Kobe because they recommended us to NVS to a specialist for cancer. We have had 6 dogs go them them( Kobe made it 10, Ginger made it to 14, Buddy and Stormy made it to 21 that was amazing in it self, now we have Jazz and Taz brother and sister a little over 1) They were great during CoVID. All of our dogs do great there because of the friendly and knowledgeable staff. We appreciate all hard work.

Dr. DeMartin and her staff were absolutely amazing! Our dog, Gia, got sick while we were traveling and it turned out she may have gotten into poison, so she ended up having to be put to sleep. We were so fortunate to have taken her to Dr. DeMartin for this, as she was so kind and loving to Gia. It made the whole process so much easier. Thank you so much!
