Banfield Pet Hospital

Hardly open only 2 days a week with no veterinarians, had a neuter appointment scheduled and they canceled a day before saying there’s no longer an anesthesiologist there anymore and to go to Tracy. Which unfortunately some people can’t do. We’re paying $75 a month for no services a partial refund or something should be given out. We chose Banfield since it was so close but now it’s pretty much closed don’t recommend

Banfield Modesto, Petsmart Mc Henry Avenue, has been experiencing a lack of Vetanarian on staff for months. Their plan cost $55.00 per month but they are seldom open for business. Automated service reflects limited 2 day a week and voicemail is full. They are still not open for business these limited days. Petsmart staff and Banfield Tracy has no idea when anyone will be working. Is it unreasonable that plan members be offered a refund or discount fee for an office that isn't open? Would perhaps a team member addressing calls daily, checking voicemail and updating automated service be reasonable. We've been going here with our dog for 5 years and autopaying $55.00 a month. Service was fine until now. It's as if corporate has allowed this location to just ghost their faithful customers. Un

They have been without a Veterinarian Doctor in their Modesto,CA Store.for over a year! But they continue to deduct a monthly premium payment for NO SERVICES. Not even a reduction of rates! They have a sign saying we can get services in Tracy or Stockton, which fir people who are handicapped that is an impossibility!

There are no Banfield visits anymore and I felt lost today. Our fur baby went to heaven last Sunday. The staff was fabulous with us always but especially during such a sad time for our family.

The staff is very respectful & nice! The Doctor is Amazing! Decided to sign up for the wellness plan for my aging doxie. Great price for all you get (included/discounts). Will ONLY take my fur baby to Banfield from now on!
