Banfield Pet Hospital

To be honest, it was my first time getting vaccines for my two furry cats. The staff were informative and explained everything in detail, both in person, call and via email. Remember, it's always better to ask any questions you have about your pet. Now I feel confident and well-informed about their care.

The vets and vet technicians here are some of the most caring and compationate people I've had the pleasure to bring my cat to see. They listened to my concerns and were so helpful in determining the best course of care for my elderly cat. Even at the end of her life they were so kind to me and helped me through a lot of the tough decisions. Definitely a great place to take your pets!

Dr. Ovi is incompetent. She has no idea what she is doing. Instead of looking at my dogs history with Banfield for 10+ years, she made me get xrays to diagnose a chronic back issue that's been known for years, and is unchanged, and was already diagnosed at banfield 2 years earlier. She missed pancreatitis in my dog and made her suffer for 4 weeks, while also getting those unnecessary xrays. Then delayed routine yearly dental cleaning for another chronic issue that has been unchanged for years. She outright refused to perform the dental cleaning. Now, she's delayed my dog's care for 5 months for repeat testing, ultrasounds, and echocardiograms with the promise of doing the dental cleaning, just to once again refuse to care for my dog because Dr. Ovi is not competent enough to clean teeth. N

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Terrible attitude. We drove 40 min to get here, late for 15min (which includes the time when the reception was chitchatting with another customer). And the reception insisted someone must have reached out to us about the “10 minutes” policy and refused to take us. AGAIN, NO ONE REACHED OUT TO US. At least you could have called to checkin with us so we won’t waste 40min driving down here and another 40min to drive back. If you forget to call us and check in then just admit it. Why would you lie and blame everything on the customer side?

Two strikes in a row. My cats kidney food RX wasn't updated on my last visit.... Apparently nobody noticed the RX that my kitty has for a lifelong need for was missed. Every time I bring my little ones in, it's all new doctors and staff. I went to the Banfield in Lynnwood on 99th and at 3:00pm... The lights were off and nobody was there. I needed help to get my cats RX updated and it was closed. The hours are clearly posted, but they werent there at all.
